Perhaps, not just your fitness goals, your work and personal life goals might also be forgotten as well, at this time of the year I wanted to look back and see what I had achieved so far and tried to think of alternative ways to keep my fitness goals on track through summer. Leaving your goals that you set at the beginning of the year to one side for a moment doesn’t mean that you need to forget about them forever or postpone them to another year; summer is the best time to get back into the right mindset to achieve your fitness goals even if you have some distractions that come with nicer weather like going on holiday or being out and socialising more frequently.
