Are you feeling anxiety, stress or are you in a low mood most or some days? These are a common consequences of our busy lives and most of us try to ignore these symptoms until something more serious happens.
“I am very well, thanks” must be the most repeated phase in daily life, it makes me think; “do I always have to feel fine?, why do I always have to hide if I feel down?"
Ignoring stress and depression is not a solution. Daily worries, stress and anxiety will have an impact on our productivity and not just our daily life will be affected. Unfortunately, with time depression can trigger more severe health problems. I hope mental health awareness increases for individuals, institutions and companies as we are all human and feel a range of emotions.
We don't have to hide depression and live in anxiety.
Your way of coping can be something different; make time to find it and take care of your mental and physical wellbeing. You can overcome your stress and anxiety, you are not alone, we all need a clearer mind.
